There’s been a huge crowd in the smartphone segment these days, with very little to show in terms of standing out from the others. The latest entry to the Indian market is Hyve. They’ll be launching two phones. Their biggest feature will be the after sales support one they’ve sold the phone. This is really important because for anyone who has been to a service center will know the nightmare with most of the Indian brands. Hyve promises to change that.

Hyve promises pick up and drop for phones across the country when it comes to service. Also, they’ll be offering two years of warranty and a hassle free insurance policy for both the phones.

The phone looks promising, and we really need good after sales service in India. If they can pull it off, it will totally be worth it! The CEO of Hyve, Sharad Mehrotra has worked for Apple India for close to a decade. He understands the kind of after sales support Apple does and why that is important. Hyve is trying to create a base of recurring customers who would recommend their products to friends and family.

Both phones Buzz and Storm will be available on Amazon, Flipkart and Gadget360 from 22nd June. Stay tuned for our review!
