Android 4.4.3 just got released by Google and the Nexus range started receiving updates along with the Google Play editions. It was naturally expected that Motorola would be quick into the act of updating but, once again Motorola surprised everyone by starting to roll out the update the very next day of the new version being launched by Google. It’s amazing that Motorola has kept its word with promised updates to the latest version of Android.
The Android 4.4.3 Update will be available for Moto X, Moto G and the newly released Moto E. Motorola announced it via it’s blog and also tweeted in excitement.
A Tuesday treat! We are rolling out Android™ 4.4.3, KitKat® this week. Check out the update: http://t.co/EAyZSrCGpc

This release of software updates quickly is what makes Motorola phones kill competition. This is something that every OEM must learn to do, provide fast and better updates to Android (hear that Samsung?). With the update Moto E will run the latest version of Android yet again, What can Micromax Unite 2 do now to keep up the competition ?
Kitkat 4.4.3 Update for moto devices brings a improved dialer with a new interface and some framework updates, security fixes and enhancements to power profile capabilities. The update brings Motorola Alert which was only available with Moto E to Moto X and Moto G. Moto X front camera gets interesting new updates including improved low light conditions for photos.
Its pretty good to see Motorola still committed to updating devices at the earliest even after being taken over by Lenovo. To the Moto E folks out there, the Indian version would get the update at the earliest.
