Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy Tab 105 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.4 in Indian market. These tablets are coming into the India after it’s launch over a month ago in New York. The tablets look the same as the previous generation of Galaxy tablets with keeping the same design but in different screen sizes. Samsung has made these tablets with super AMOLED displays with a resolution of 2560×1600.

Both of the tablets launched by Samsung is powered by a Exynos 5 Octa processor and 3GB RAM. They run the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat with the Samsung’s TouchWiz. The software has been tweaked a bit from the earlier versions that ran on the older generation of Galaxy Tabs.

The tablets have a 16GB internal storage with expandability up to 128GB. It has a 8MP rear camera and a 2.1MP front facing camera. Galaxy Tab S 10.5 comes with a monster 7,900 mAh battery and the 8.4 comes with a 4,900 mAh battery. The Galaxy Tab S 8.5 looks pretty much like an iPad mini.

The launch in India includes a lot of introductory offers on Reliance with 9GB of data free for three months and access to 1000 movies through BigFlix. These devices are set to in direct line of competition for Apple’s tablets in the market with a better spec sheet and in being lighter and thinner.
