Today is the day. July 1, 2013. Remember that harsh announcement from Google ?
Around 4 months ago Google announced that Google Reader would be put to rest from July 2013. We thought it was quite sometime to figure out alternatives but the day is already here.

If you want to retain your Reader data, including subscriptions, you can do so through Google Takeout.

    It’s just natural for them to close this service. Not so many people are using it since its launch.
