Xiaomi is releasing Redmi Note 3 in India on March 3 and it is expected to be priced at around Rs. 13,000. The Note 3 was released last month in China with two different processor variants. The Indian version will be the Qualcomm Processor variant. In our review of the LeEco Le 1s, we said it might the best premium phone on a budget and with the Redmi Note 3 coming out soon, this is the closest phone to be comparing with.

Looking at the specs, both phones are pretty similar excepting for small changes. The biggest factor to consider is that Redmi Note 3 will be coming in two different variants with the cheapest one to come at an expected price of Rs. 13,000 and the higher variant to be around Rs. 15,000. So the pricing will play a big role here. The higher variant of Redmi Note 3 is similar to LeEco Le 1s, but if it is priced at Rs. 4,000 extra it would enter a different category which is a deal breaker since it has similar specs. Either way, there is no way Note 3 will be priced cheaper than Le 1s. The only reason to get the Redmi Note 3 is for it’s expandable storage. Otherwise, LeEco Le 1s might be a better deal.
