HTC has announced yet another smartphone running on Google’s Android platform called the “HTC Desire 500” , the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage and an expandable microSD card slot that supports upto 64GB. HTC Desire 500 sports a 4.3-inch WVGA display and weighs about 123 grams.It has an 8 megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash along with a 1.6 megapixel front camera. It is packed with a 1800 mAh battery and priced at around 400$.
Although the android version has not been specified we assume it to be JellyBean 4.2 and maybe a future update to 4.3 which has already been leaked for a few devices.
