Apple seeding the Beta 5 for the developer version of iOS 7 today. This is just one week after the release of Beta 4. Probably Apple is trying to make up for the lost time by the Developer Center Outage.
The beta 5 is available as OTA and you can download it now if you’re already on iOS 7.
Here are the changes in Beta 5: (We’ll update as we know more)
- All the icons in the Settings App have been completely redesigned
- New native Twitter icon
- New Yahoo branding in the Notification Center (Reads: Weather and Stock information provided by Yahoo)
- New ‘Power Off’ slider
- Option to disable Control Center while using apps in settings
- Redesigned buttons for phone app while in-call
- Better Animation
- The transparency across the OS has been tweaked with
- Shoot pictures with both the volume buttons
- Camera is smoother
- Message conversations showing only the first name
- Long Careers are back to scroll mode in the status bar
- a+ indicator for universal apps on the App Store
- Ability to download additional dictionaries
- Unlock sound gone
