Huawei finally launched it’s latest flagship phone in the Honor series in India, which has the similar dual camera from the bigger Huawei P9. Honor 8 has 2.5D glass on front and back which is a composition of over 15 layers of glass. Honor 8 is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 950 made using the FinFET+ process with 4GB RAM. It has a flat back dual camera, with one RGB and one monochrome sensor used in combination to capture better pictures. On the front of the device it has a 5.2 inch 1080p display and a new 8 megapixel camera for awesome selfies. Honor 8 is priced at INR 29,999 and is available in multiple ecommerce websites and also in tons of offline stores.

Two more devices were launched, Honor 8 Smart and Holly 3.

Honor 8 Smart is a smaller variant of Honor 8 with  5.2-inch display 1080p display, 13 megapixel camera on the back, 8 megapixel selfie camera, Kirin 650 processor, backed up by a 3000mAh battery. Honor 8 Smart is priced at ₹19,999.

Honor Holly 3 is a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 13 megapixel rear camera, 8 megapixel selfie camera with a huge 3100mAh battery to last all day and is priced at ₹9,999. Honor Holly 3 will be the first Huawei smartphone to be manufactured in Chennai, India promoting the “Make in India” campaign.
