Google’s Nexus 7 2013 Edition Could Launch In India Next Month,Sources Reveal

Sources reveal that Google is planning to bring the Nexus 7 2013 edition officially in the Indian Market in November,three months after its global launch. It seems Google is likely to launch the device on its own rather than through the OEM Asus.

The manufacturer of Nexus 7 tablets,Asus is not likely to handle retail of Nexus 7 in India. Google aims to sell Nexus 7 through its retail chain AndroidLand store in Noida and Bangalore.AndroidLand is run jointly by Google and smart phone maker Spice.

The coming soon page for the new Nexus 7 2013 edition was live on Google.co.in since August 2013. It seems like the new Nexus 7 will come to India just after 4 months when compared to the first-generation Nexus took 9 months after global launch.
