Google has decided to end yet another product but only this time it’s retiring something which is not so popular in the recent years. The product retiring is iGoogle which was launched in the year 2005.It is scheduled to shutdown on November 1,2013 , the mobile version was already shutdown on July 31st,2012.Google stated it’s decision to shut down the service due to availability of superior apps that run on platforms like Android and Chrome. Google has made it easy to export the iGoogle homepage settings as an XML file .Yahoo’s product MyYahoo is providing support to import the iGoogle homepage to help users switch.
